Studio Rental
Our studio is located on the North side of Chico and is available to rent for classes, workshops, events or businesses / practitioners that align to Empowers wellness vision. Empower Hot Yoga is set up to offer you and your clientele a consistent and welcoming environment. We offer our main studio room and private room for rent when we do not have other classes or events taking place.

RENTAL RATES
We have two rental options at Empower Hot Yoga.
$70/hour - Includes access to the 968 sq ft studio room, bolster/blanket props (yoga mats $2 each to rent), water station, Restrooms and Bluetooth speakers
$100/hour - Includes access to the entire studio (except the storage/breakroom), Both changing rooms with bathrooms and showers, full props use including yoga mats, water station, Bluetooth speakers, mini projector and screen, heating of room if needed, and 1 Empower staff member available to assist, set up and clean up provided
Studio rental is confirmed upon receipt of paid invoice for entire amount of rental time being requested, a signed agreement and proof of liability insurance provided. We do not require any additional security deposits; however, a valid credit card is required to be kept on file until after your event in case of any damages. If renting space for an entire day, you can pay a 30% security deposit to hold your request spot.
Rental fee is non-refundable if cancelled by the renter within one week prior to rental date. If cancelled more than one week prior to rental date, a refund will be issued. If in the event the rental is canceled by Empower Hot Yoga, rental fee is refundable.
AVAILABILITY & RENTING STUDIO
Studio is available for rent when there isn’t a regular class, event or appointment scheduled and the space isn’t needed by Empower Hot Yoga. When you are ready to rent the studio, submit the request below. After your request is approved and dates are confirmed we will send an invoice and a request for liability insurance and agreement. Once these items are completed your rental will be confirmed.
