EMPOWER is committed to making yoga accessible to all members of our community. Our energy exchange program is the heart of our studio and creates the backbone of the Empower experience. This program is a great way to be an active member of our yoga community and create meaningful relationships with your teachers and fellow yogis behind the scenes. We offer unlimited yoga in exchange for your hard work, time, and energy. This opportunity is not a volunteer position, but an equal exchange of energy between studio and student. The position requires trust, communication, commitment, strong work ethic, and positive energy.

How does it work? In exchange for 3 hours of your time weekly, you will receive a monthly unlimited membership. In exchange for 2 hours of your time weekly, you will receive up to 70% off our monthly unlimited membership. In exchange for 1 to 1.5 hours of your time weekly, you will receive a limited 8 membership. A card must be on file to activate for our late cancellations and no-show policies.

Responsibilities: The energy exchange program is the most important part of the day-to-day operations, an integral part of the maintenance, cleanliness, and atmosphere of our studio. You will be allocated two+ shifts on a weekly basis, which will occur on the same day and time each week. We value and rely on our EE team and ask that you be committed to your position while a part of the program.

Special Skills: Interested in a partial trade for movement? We are always open and looking to do exchanges with local wellness businesses, corporations, restaurants, yoga teachers/assistants, photographers, marketing gurus, and graphic designers.
