Empower Vinyasa

This class will lead you through a unique strengthening and lengthening flow with opportunities to explore some progressive concepts of the yoga practice. Empower Vinyasa is designed to advance and refine your body’s strength, balance, and flexibility. Modifications and assists are given to support individual needs and experience levels. Come to this class to learn the fundamentals of vinyasa as well as advance to more challenging poses. This is a 60-minute class, suitable for all levels, practiced in a room heated to 95°F.

Power Vinyasa

Our Power Vinyasa class will take your practice to the next level with a fast-paced, high-energy flow designed to build strength, flexibility, and stamina. Expect dynamic sequences, creative transitions, and opportunities to explore more advanced postures, all while keeping the fun and playfulness alive! This class is perfect for those looking to challenge themselves and refine their practice in a more intense setting. Modifications are offered to cater to all experience levels, while the emphasis on breath and movement ensures a powerful, transformative experience. This is a 60-minute class, suitable for all levels, practiced in a room heated to 95°F.

Non - Heated Vinyasa

This class guides you through a dynamic flow that builds strength, balance, and flexibility while emphasizing mindful movement and breath. Expect a blend of foundational poses and opportunities to explore more progressive variations—always with modifications and guidance to meet you where you are. Whether you're newer to Vinyasa or looking to deepen your practice, this class offers a supportive space to grow. This is a 60-minute class, suitable for all levels and practiced in a comfortably, non-heated room. During winter room will be heated to comfort level not hot.

Yin Restore

Experience the best of Yin and Restorative Yoga in one class for total relaxation and restoration. Begin with a soothing 25-minute Yin session, targeting connective tissues and joints with deep stretching. Seamlessly transitioning to a 25-minute Restorative practice, we will guide you through a series of fully supported and nurturing poses, using an array of props to promote complete relaxation and restoration. Feel tranquility and renewal through gentle stretches, guided relaxation, and conscious breathing. Ending the class with a 10-minute guided yoga Nidra. This is a 60-minute class, suitable for all levels, practiced in a non-heated room. During winter room will be heated to comfort level not hot.

Empowered Hot

This class blends the therapeutic benefits of practicing the Classic Hot 26 postures with the athleticism and enticing movements of an Ashtanga class. Designed as a set sequence, the class becomes more familiar each time it is experienced. The blended, detoxifying class focuses primarily on standing, balancing, and hip opening postures at a flowing pace while offering ample time to learn and grow in each pose. This sequence allows time for you to find balance and fine tune alignment. Prepare to sweat, move, and breathe. This is a 60-minute class, set sequence, suitable for all levels, practiced in a room heated to 105°F+ with 40% humidity.

Empowered Warm

Same sequence as above but not as hot. This is a 60-minute class, set sequence, suitable for all levels, practiced in a room heated to 95°F with 40% humidity.

Classic 60

Experience the traditional 26/2 Hatha (Bikram) yoga practice of 26 asanas (postures) and 2 pranayama (breathing exercises). This grounding class offers numerous benefits, including increased strength, flexibility, oxygenated blood circulation and increased energy. This class is a condensed form of the traditional Classic 90. Follows the same set sequence, with some postures only practiced once. It is designed to scientifically warm and stretch your muscles, ligaments, and tendons in the order that is most beneficial to the body. In addition to the physical benefits, this series cultivates self-control, determination, concentration, and patience. This is a 60-minute class, suitable for all levels, practiced in a room heated to 108°F with 40% humidity.

Self - Discovery

This empowering yoga class is designed to elevate your practice and unlock your full potential. We will dive deep into a consistent vinyasa sequence that centers around an advanced peak posture. You will learn the necessary techniques and alignment principles to approach the peak posture. Consistency and commitment are key as we revisit the same peak posture throughout a three-month cycle, allowing you to refine your practice and deepen your understanding of the posture. Remember, the true essence of Self-Discovery goes beyond mastering a single posture - it is a lifelong journey of self-discovery and growth. Through this class, we aim to empower you with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to continue exploring your own potential long after the cycle is complete. A new peak posture and vinyasa sequence will be introduced every three months. *Bonus - Enjoy a beautiful, harmonic steel tongue drum sound bath at the end of class. This is a 60-minute class, suitable for all levels, practiced in a room heated to 95°F.

Hot Barre

Improve your poise, posture, strength and balance in our Hot Barre classes. A fusion of Pilates, yoga, strength training and ballet barre movements for a dynamic and efficient workout. We use bands, balls, light weights, and high reps to up the BURN and fatigue all the right muscles. Experience low-impact, high-intensity exercises targeting and toning muscles, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall strength. Using the barre for support, you'll engage in core stability, glute toning, and muscle endurance movements. Break a sweat, build strength, and leave feeling energized. This class refreshes your body and mind, ignites your metabolism, and boosts your energy. Our Hot Barre classes are so addicting you’ll want to feel the shake every day! This intense, but easy to follow class will have your muscles burning. Come feel the difference with Hot Barre! This is a 60-minute class, suitable for all levels, practiced in a room heated to 95°F.

Pilates Sculpt

Experience a total body workout that tones and sculpts the body. Each class addresses every major muscle group, but the class varies with each instructor (as does the playlist!). This strength training class utilizes various equipment/props like free weights, ankle weights, resistance bands, Pilates ring, blocks and balls, all provided by the studio, to build a strong foundation and achieve lasting results. Move through a series of body-conditioning movements to build lean muscle, improve cardio, and boost endorphins. Empowering music fuels your progress, leaving you feeling powerful. With an emphasis on form, all levels will feel confident and capable. This is a 60-minute class, suitable for all levels, practiced in a room heated to 95°F.

Yogalates

Yogalates is a hybrid class that blends the flexibility and mindfulness of yoga with the core strengthening and muscle toning benefits of Pilates. Come experience this dynamic blend, designed for those seeking a lower intensity, yet deeply effective workout that still builds strength and enhances flexibility. This class provides slower pace movements compared to our Pilates Sculpt class, offering a “slow burn” that allows you to deeply engage muscles while focusing on form. With an emphasis on form, all levels will feel confident and capable. This is a 60-minute class, suitable for all levels, practiced in a residual heat, heater is off. During winter room will be heated to comfort level not hot.

Booty Burn and Core

Get ready to feel the fire in this floor-based, heat-infused class that targets your glutes, abs, and everything in between! Designed to sculpt your booty and strengthen your core, this class blends Pilate-inspired movements and low-impact toning exercises that change weekly to keep your body challenged and engaged. Expect deep activation, high reps, and a slow, controlled burn that will leave your booty and core all fired up and feeling strong. This class stays mainly grounded, making it an ideal choice for those craving a powerful, floor-based workout. Bring your mat, your focus, and that inner fire. This is a 60-minute class, suitable for all levels, practiced in a room heated to 95°F.

Hot Detox

Immerse yourself in the ultimate cleansing experience with this Hot Detox Vinyasa class, designed to detoxify and revitalize your body through the power of heat and vibrant movements. Expect a deeply transformative practice that encourages sweating, boosts circulation, and supports your body’s natural detox processes. Come experience this slow, juicy moving Hot Detox class designed to help you detoxify the body, release tension and rejuvenate your body. The heat will help deepen your practice, creating the perfect atmosphere for a deep physical and mental cleanse. Ready to take on the world with a calm mind and a renewed sense of vitality. This is your time to flow, sweat, and unwind. This 60-minute class is suitable for all levels and is held in a room heated to 108°F+ with 40% humidity

Hot Yin

Our Hot Yin class is designed to deepen your flexibility and promote relaxation. This deeply restorative practice combines the gentle stretches of Yin Yoga with the therapeutic benefits of warmth, allowing for a deeper release of tension in the body. In this class, you’ll be guided through a series of passive stretches, held for longer durations, allowing your muscles to release and your mind to quiet. The heat encourages muscles to relax, making it easier to settle into each pose, melting away tension and stress. Our Hot Yin is perfect for those looking to relieve stress, improve flexibility, or simply unwind in a nurturing environment to reconnect with yourself. This class offers hands-on assists. This is a 60-minute class, suitable for all levels, practiced in a room heated to 105°F+ with 40% humidity.

Aerial Classes

 

Aerial Flow

A dynamic, playful, full-body aerial yoga experience. Aerial Flow blends traditional yoga postures with the support of the aerial hammock to create a fluid, dance-like practice in the air and on the ground. Expect creative transitions, controlled inversions, and sequences that build strength, flexibility, and balance. The hammock acts as both a prop and a partner—supporting proper alignment while encouraging deeper openness and a sense of freedom in movement. This class offers a fun, uplifting challenge and is ideal for students who enjoy movement, mindful flow, and exploring new possibilities in their bodies. You’ll leave feeling energized, lengthened, and empowered. This 60-minute class is suitable for all levels and practiced in a non-heated room. Aerial Unwind

Nourishing, weightless relaxation for the nervous system. Aerial Unwind is a healing, slow-paced experience that uses low-swung hammocks to cradle the body in supported, restful postures. This class will be a blend of calm, gentle and slow movements with Yin and Restorative poses that are held longer to help melt away stress and release tension stored in the body. The hammock supports you into deep comfort, allowing the fascia to unwind and the mind to settle. Expect soft lighting, calming music, and a nurturing atmosphere designed to restore your energy and soothe your system. This 60-minute class is suitable for all levels and practiced in a non-heated room. This class is a hands-on class with assists, support and spotting. Great for beginners, anyone with stress or anxiety, those recovering from intense workouts, or anyone wanting deep relaxation. During winter room will be lightly heated to comfort level not hot.

Aerial Pilates

Blending the best of all worlds—Aerial, Pilates, and Barre. This class uses the hammock as an elevated Pilates apparatus to enhance strength, stability, and mobility, while incorporating barre-inspired movements for a powerful yet graceful experience that remains low-impact and joint-friendly. Inspired by classical Pilates principles and barre techniques, expect controlled, precise movements that target the deep core, glutes, hips, legs, and postural muscles. The aerial hammock provides support for suspended Pilates work, balance challenges, gentle spinal traction, and deeper muscle engagement, while barre elements add sculpting, endurance, and graceful strength. You’ll improve alignment, body awareness, coordination, and functional strength. This 60-minute class is suitable for all levels and practiced in a non-heated room. Sacred Sound Oasis

Immerse yourself in the transformative power of therapeutic sound bath healing in this deep and rejuvenating class. Guided by our experienced sound healer, Sara, owner of The Rabbit Hole Creations. Come relax in a meditative state while soothing sounds of crystal bowls, chimes, and sacred instruments wash over you. Experience profound stillness and inner peace as the healing vibrations penetrate on a cellular level, promoting balance and restoration. Let go of stress and worries, quiet the mind, and discover a sense of clarity and well-being. This 60-75minute class, suitable for all levels, takes place in a non-heated room and offers a sanctuary of deep healing and tranquility. This class is offered bi-weekly, every other Sunday to our Unlimited Members as a specialty class. All other members and non-members will pay a $20 drop-in rate that goes directly to Sara. During winter room will be lightly heated to comfort level not hot.

Shake Your Asana

Welcome to Shake your Asana - A transformative class designed to liberate your mind from the confines of your body. This sweet, sensual, high-energy class combines yoga, dance, and plyometrics with spinal flows and rolls. Unleash stagnant energy and feel the freedom coursing through your being. With playful, empowering sequences and high-energy intensive movements set to an invigorating beat, Shake Your Asana is the best way to OWN YOUR BODY. This class will create an experience that not only feels good but empowers you to connect with your body on a profound level. Elevate your practice and let the rhythm guide you to a state of embodied bliss. As the music pulsates and the energy rises, you’ll flow through a series of powerful asanas, incorporating spiral flows to activate your core, unlock your hips, and unleash your inner fire. Sweat and let go, experiencing physical and mental purification. This 60-minute class is suitable for all levels and practiced in a residual heat room, heater is off.

Ashtanga

Ashtanga Yoga, popularized by Sri K. Pattabi Jois in Mysore, South India, follows the 8-limbed method. This dynamic practice links postures with breath and concentration techniques, creating internal heat to purify the body. Sweat profusely, detoxify muscles and organs, and explore optional binds and inversions. Ashtanga yoga builds core strength, tones the body, improves circulation, increases flexibility, and promotes calmness and centeredness. This 75-minute class, suitable for all levels, includes a set sequence and hands-on adjustments. Practiced in a lightly heated room (80°-85°F).

Community Yoga Flow

This is a special community class that is led by inspiring new teachers as they gain teaching experience. You will be guided through a creative flow, offering opportunities to explore both fundamental and progressive aspects of the yoga practice. It is designed to refine your strength, balance, and flexibility, while modifications are provided to support all levels. This Class is FREE to the community. This is a 60-minute class, suitable for all levels, practiced in a room heated to 95°F. Come enjoy a supportive, welcoming environment as we move, breathe, and grow together. If you are new to the studio a VALID ID is required to confirm it matches your MINDBODY account before practicing. Thank you

Trainee-Led Yoga

Each class is led by a different trainee in our Yoga Teacher Training program during their practicum. You’ll be guided through a dynamic, thoughtfully designed class that allows you to experience a variety of teaching styles. These classes give you a meaningful opportunity to support and be part of the growth of our future yoga teachers. Your presence, support, and valuable feedback are essential in helping them build confidence and positively impact the yoga community. Our trainees will use everything they learned throughout training ensuring a well-rounded experience that caters to all levels. The temperature ranges from warm to hot and will be adjusted to the type of class the trainee is teaching. The heat helps to improve flexibility, enhance circulation, and detoxify the body, making your yoga experience even more invigorating. This class is FREE to the community so come and explore the many facets of yoga with us while contributing to the development of our future teachers. This is a 60-minute class, suitable for all levels, offers modifications and hands-on assists. Practiced in a warm or hot room heated to 80°F-95°F. Prenatal Yoga

This is a welcoming, nurturing and supportive space just for moms-to-be. Each class begins with a sacred sharing circle, offering time for connection, reflection, and honoring the beautiful journey of pregnancy. From there, we ease into mindful warm-ups that encourage gentle movement and deeper connection with your baby. Our practice flows into a safe, pregnancy-friendly vinyasa sequence designed to maintain strength, flexibility, and healthy circulation while honoring your body’s changing needs. Expect a balance of gentle challenge and deep support—helping you feel strong, grounded, and revitalized. The practice then softens into restorative and supportive postures, allowing for deep release and relaxation. We close with a guided meditation to nurture presence, peace, and connection with yourself and your little one. This class is open to all stages of pregnancy and is more than just movement—it’s a community. A place to move with mindfulness, share space with other moms-to-be, and embrace the beauty of this season. Whether it’s your first pregnancy or your fourth, you’ll leave feeling supported, empowered, and held in sacred community.
