Empower Hot Yoga is a family owned and operated yoga studio located in Chico, CA. Step inside our studio and be immediately transformed as you are welcomed and greeted with open arms. Empower Hot Yoga Studio is a sophisticated full service hot yoga studio and offers everything you will need to make your experience top notch. We utilize the most advanced hot yoga equipment available, and every detail of our yoga studio is designed to create an optimal yoga experience. We have a spacious practice room with a state-of-the-art heating and ventilation system to heat the room perfectly, giving you a full-body detox. Our hot classes are controlled by a customized heating system that allows the studio temperature, humidity and air quality to be consistent and safe throughout your class. We want you to look forward to coming to Empower to Sweat and we are determined to provide an exceptional and unique hot yoga studio to best support our student's needs and ambitions. Our goal is to provide a community of students, instructors, and staff who support each other in achieving strength, wellness, energy, and connection. Our studio has large windows providing abundance of natural light, and beautiful flooring. We offer non-heated, warm and hot classes. Students are offered a magical and refreshing cold essential oiled towel at the end of our hot classes. Empower offers additional services such as Facials, eyelash lift and tint with Rooted Radiance Aesthetics - Body Contouring with The Body Lab - AmpCoil Therapy with Brittan - Cupping Therapy - Life & Business Coaching.
If you need a yoga mat, mat towel, or shower towel? We’ve got you covered, you can rent one of ours at the front desk or purchase one at our retail boutique. We aim to create the ideal environment when practicing at Empower Hot Yoga. Our members will have access to our clean and serene changing room facilities with showers, restrooms, and storage cubbies for both men and women that are complete with a wide range of amenities to accommodate our dedicated and active students. Our studio will be stocked with everything you need before and after class (complimentary products) such as hair dryers, curling irons, hair ties, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, Spray on deodorant, Q-tips, tampons, etc. Additionally, our studio features a full retail boutique that has everything you need to support your practice, with our selection of custom branded yoga apparel, health and wellness products, yoga props and accessories, skincare and supplements including electrolytes. We’ve stocked up on our favorite brands for you to enjoy. Our fridge is stocked with a variety of healthy beverages, and we have a water filter station in the back and we can refill your water bottle upon request. We provide all necessary props for each class including yoga mat knee pads. We share our parking spaces with Dr. Truhe’s dental office, so please only use the assigned parking spots during his office hours 8am - 5pm Monday-Thursday. You can use our overflow parking lot next door at Methodius Orthodox Church at 2956 Cohasset Road with easy walking access to the studio. Open parking lot after hours and weekends.
