Janey Corso

Raised in Paradise and a proud Chico State graduate, Janey brings heart, curiosity, and a love of movement to her teaching. A 200-hour certified instructor through Empower Hot Yoga (2025), she blends strength, mindfulness, and breath in each class. Off the mat, you’ll likely find her with a book in hand or spending time with her husband and their beloved dog.
