Haley Casey-Krasner

Born and raised among the redwoods and coastline of Mendocino, Haley discovered yoga as a teenager and was immediately drawn to its blend of mindfulness, movement, and inner stillness. She was captivated by the sense of peace and connection it offered. Life carried her away from the mat, but in returning to her practice as an adult, she found a path of healing, reconnection, and personal growth. Yoga has become a sanctuary where she continues to expand, find balance, and come home to herself. Haley moved to Chico in April 2024 and quickly found Empower, almost as if it was calling to her. She fell in love with the atmosphere and community and is passionate about sharing that with others.

Haley is currently working towards completing her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training and is looking forward to seeing where it will take her.
