Gracie Yost

Gracie is a 17-year-old senior at Pleasant Valley High School, where she is a varsity cheerleader. She has been cheering for seven years, but cheer is just one of her many passions. Gracie currently holds the title of Miss Teen Chico 2024 and will be competing for Miss California Teen USA 2025 this August. She is beyond excited for this opportunity—not just to compete, but to share her passion for self-love, authenticity, and teen empowerment on a larger stage. At just 16 years old, Gracie completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at Empower Hot Yoga. Through her own journey, she discovered that yoga helps teens connect with their most confident and authentic selves. That belief is at the core of every class she teaches and every interaction she has within her community. As a teen instructor, her mission is to share the transformative power of yoga with others—supporting not just the body, but the mind and heart, too, amplifying that message to reach more teens who need it.
